loyalfans-dispute.com is a single-purpose personal publication operated by Miss Sally, a British actress, model and independent content creator based in the United Kingdom. Its only purpose is to document, in public, Miss Sally's own ongoing payout dispute with the platform LoyalFans, as a first-person commentary and record.
The site does not accept user-generated content, does not operate a forum, does not process payments, and does not transact commercially. It is self-funded and non-commercial.

Basis of statements
Statements of fact on this site are based on the following sources:
- Miss Sally's own support correspondence with LoyalFans, in particular tickets #325090 and #333976.
- Publicly available information about LoyalFans, TLFPAY LLC and Byborg Enterprises S.A. (including corporate registrations and publicly disclosed ownership information).
- An independent infrastructure and security assessment commissioned by Miss Sally, conducted only against publicly available endpoints. No authentication was bypassed, no private systems were accessed, and no other users' data was accessed.
Where the site characterises a position (for example describing a response as “outstanding” or “no response”), that characterisation is made in good faith, based on Miss Sally's own experience of the correspondence, as at the stated date. Characterisations are opinion and commentary, not statements of fact.
The site is updated as the dispute progresses. Each update is dated.
Corrections and right of reply
Miss Sally is committed to accuracy. If you are a party named on this site (including LoyalFans, TLFPAY LLC, Byborg Enterprises S.A. or any employee, officer or agent of those entities) and you believe any specific statement on this site is inaccurate, or you wish to exercise a right of reply, you may request a correction or reply by email to:

- the specific URL and passage of concern;
- the factual correction requested, with supporting evidence if available;
- the name, role and contact details of the person making the request;

Reasonable correction requests will be considered in good faith, normally within 72 hours of receipt. If a correction is made, the page will note the change and the date of the change.
Privacy notice
This site is a static HTML publication hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It is deliberately minimal:
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or comparable third-party analytics or session-recording service is installed.
- No advertising trackers. No advertising networks, no retargeting pixels.
- No cookies. The site itself sets no cookies. Your hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process limited request metadata (for example IP address, user agent, requested URL) solely for the purpose of delivering the site, mitigating abuse and fulfilling its security obligations. - No account system. The site has no login, no registration, no newsletter sign-up.
