Miss Sally is a British actress, model and independent creator with more than twenty years in the entertainment industry. She is a single mother. She lives and works in the United Kingdom. And since 21 March 2026, she has had earned creator funds trapped inside her LoyalFans account that she cannot withdraw.

To withdraw, LoyalFans requires an email verification code sent to the address on the creator's file. That code has never arrived. Not once. Not in four weeks. Not across two separate support tickets: #325090 and #333976. Not across eight different LoyalFans support agents. Not after Miss Sally sent LoyalFans a formal technical analysis explaining, in plain terms, what was going wrong and how to fix it.

Miss Sally's email is not broken. She receives emails from every other service, every day, without issue. She receives replies from LoyalFans support itself on that exact address, in that exact inbox, on the exact days the “missing” verification codes are supposedly being sent. LoyalFans' own payout support confirmed, in writing, that the verification emails show as “delivered” on their end, with no bounces. And yet, on Miss Sally's side, not a single one of those emails has ever arrived.

LoyalFans cannot pay Miss Sally because she has no bank details on file. Miss Sally cannot add bank details because the LoyalFans verification emails never arrive. LoyalFans' answer is that Miss Sally should add her bank details.

That is the trap, stated plainly. On 16 April 2026, LoyalFans support agent “Gia” told Miss Sally that payment could not be generated because she had no banking details on file, and instructed her to log in, go to Settings › Earnings › Payment Method and add them. That is the same page that has been broken for Miss Sally for nearly four weeks. LoyalFans has been told this. Repeatedly. In writing.

Meanwhile, LoyalFans continues to take its 20% commission on every transaction processed through Miss Sally's account. Her fans keep paying in good faith. Miss Sally has received none of it. This situation is now public. Miss Sally's official home on the web, thisismisssally.com, links directly to this page. It will not be quietly walked back.

Who actually runs LoyalFans.

LoyalFans is not an independent company. The public brand LoyalFans.com is operated by TLFPAY LLC, which is itself a subsidiary of Byborg Enterprises S.A., a Luxembourg based online entertainment conglomerate.

Byborg Enterprises operates more than eighty brands across live streaming, creator platforms and adult entertainment, with tens of millions of daily visitors in aggregate. LoyalFans' card processor operates as Epoch.com LLC (WNU).

The scale matters. LoyalFans is not a small team that has misplaced Miss Sally's verification emails and can't figure out why. It is a revenue line inside a conglomerate with the engineering resources to fix a broken payout flow in an afternoon, and the commercial obligation to a British single mother to actually do so.

Those findings are being held in reserve under standard responsible-disclosure practice. LoyalFans, TLFPAY LLC and Byborg Enterprises have been notified of the findings privately, and given reasonable time to correct them before any public release. That is how responsible security research works, and it is intended to protect every creator and every fan relying on the platform.

The payment dispute documented on this page and the technical assessment are separate matters. Miss Sally is owed money under her agreement with LoyalFans. That debt stands on its own.

On 16 April 2026, Miss Sally formally requested that LoyalFans, TLFPAY LLC and Byborg Enterprises either release her earned funds or enable an alternative verification method within 24 hours. As of the time of writing, no substantive response has been received.
